Yvonne Wilson, 83, of Woodville, TX, passed away peacefully in the early morning of Friday, July 25, 2025.
Born in San Angelo, TX, on August 10, 1941, to Elmo and Mildred Lankford, Mrs. Wilson lived in the Houston area many years and settled on the Steinhagen Reservoir with her husband of 66 years in 2014.
A lover of antiques, Mrs. Wilson was well known for her 30+ years of estate sales in the Houston area. She also owned Another Time for many years on the square in Woodville where she sold antiques and enjoyed visiting and sharing stories with friends.
Mrs. Wilson enjoyed sitting on her front porch watching and listening to the birds, hummingbirds, and squirrels she fed daily.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Paul and Mildred Warner.
Mrs. Wilson is survived by her husband, Jerry Wilson, Sr. of Woodville, her daughter, Tina Crosby (Rodney) and son Jerry Wilson, Jr. (Gina), of Cypress, TX; grandchildren, Cody, Brandon, and Cameron Crosby; Tamara Jenkins; Jonathan Nuncio; Justin and Jaidyn Wilson, and several great-grandchildren. Mrs. Wilson also leaves behind her beloved four-legged friend, Pegetha.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at 10 am at the Glenwood Cemetery in Houston, Texas..
In lieu of flowers, her family asks to please consider donating to Alzheimer’s Association, whose hope is to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia, in honor of Mrs. Wilson.
