Stephenie Lynn Winters, 59, of Lumberton passed away August 16, 2024.
Born in Houston, Texas, to James and Vera Winters, she lived in Woodville before moving to Lumberton. She was an amazing woman who touched many lives. She was far from perfect but she was a loving mom. Her smile lit up a room along with her wonderful personality. She would bend over backwards to help someone in need whether it was a word of encouragement or just a smile. She lived a full and happy life.
Stephenie was preceded in death by her father, James Earl Winters and mother, Vera Marie Nash Winters.
She is survived by her children, Everett Rose of Lumberton, Jon Rose and spouse of New York, Krista Loftin and spouse of Dayton, Amy Thornton and spouse of Dallas, James “Boogie” Foxworth and spouse of Dallas; siblings, Gary Winters, James Winters and spouse, and Brian Winters and spouse; twelve grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 24, 2024, at the Dogwood Hills Baptist Church in Woodville.
Services are held under the direction of Riley Funeral Home, Woodville, Tx.
