Shelia Wraye (Willson) Lawson DeYoung

Shelia Lawson DeYoung, 72, of Chester passed away February 27, 2020, surrounded by her family.

She was born November 10, 1947 in Camden, TX to the late Earl Hannon Willson and Evelyn Powell Willson.

Shelia is survived by her daughter, Susan Jones and husband Alan; son, Tim McCarty and wife Sue; grandchildren, Chad McCarty and wife Tiffany, Derek Wise, Marissa McCarty, Kendal Wise, Kelsi Jones, Robby Petty and wife Amy, Randall Petty and wife Kristy; great-grandchildren, Casen Wise, Riley Ray Wise, Ethan Wise, Christopher Street, Brayden McCarty, Nadia Ritchie;sisters, Grace mugrage, Nelda Hughes and husband Joe, Shirley Byrum and husband Jerry; brothers, James Robert Willson, George Willson; She is also survived by many, nieces, nephews and other family members.

Preceded in death by her parents and her husband Kenneth Lawson.

Serving as pallbearers, Bo Standley, George Standley, Jimmy Willson, James Spears, Kenny Willson, Chad McCarty. Honorary pallbearers, Robby Petty, Randall Petty.

Funeral service will be held Monday, March 2, 2020, at 2 pm at the Riley Funeral Home with Brother Lesly Wilkinson officiating.  Burial will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Chester.  Visitation will be held Sunday, March 1, 2020, from 5 pm until 7 pm at the Funeral Home.

Services are held under the direction of Riley Funeral Home and Crematorium.
