Sandra Gaye Davis

Sandra Gaye Davis, 76, of Ivanhoe passed away July 18, 2020 after a nine year courageous battle with cancer.

Born to Thomas and Mae Hatton, she lived in Tyler County most of her life.  She was a retired teacher’s aide for Warren ISD.  Sandra was a loving, kind hearted person who loved her family and getting together with them.  She loved flowers and it showed by the beautiful yard full of flowers that she planted and took care of.  She enjoyed fishing, shopping and time with her sisters.  She will be greatly missed.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Mae Hatton; first husband, Rex Davis; sister, Iris Woodard and a brother, Tommy Hatton.

She is survived by her loving husband, Michael McDonald; sons, Michael Davis of Woodville, Mark Davis and wife, Susan of Arkansas, Timothy Davis and wife, Melissa of Warren and Steve Davis and wife, Randie of Warren; sisters, Carolyn Patterson of Ohio and Debbie Hasson of Warren; brothers, Terry Hatton of Hillister and Carl Hatton of Hillister; grandchildren, Bryan Davis, Brent Davis, Morgan Davis, Jamie Dennis, Dakota Davis, Madlynn Rhodes and Teddy Davis; seven great grandchildren, numerous other family members and friends.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, July 22, 2020, at 10 am at the Riley Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at the Allison Cemetery in Warren.  Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 21, 2020, from 5 pm until 7pm at riley Funeral Home.
