Rudy Clowers Obituary

Rudy Clowers 76, of Warren passed away April 12, 2023.

Born in Huntsville, Texas to Oscar Clowers and Irene Price Clowers, he lived in Warren for many years.  He retired as a brick layer.  Rudy loved his family and friends and enjoyed the gatherings with each one.

Rudy is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Clowers; daughter, Cheryl Clowers Kovar and husband, Albie, Jr. of Dayton; son, Clifton Clowers and Amanda Votaw of Warren; grandchildren, Haley Welborn and husband, Swayde, Carson Clowers, Sierra Kovar, Cara and Camdyn Clowers, Coltin Kovar and Evangeline Clowers; great grandchildren, Lexington Welborn, Hudson Clowers, Presley Welborn, Hank Rudy Espindola and Holden Welborn; and numerous other family members and friends.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, April 15, 2023, at 3 pm at the Riley Funeral Home with burial to follow at the New Hope Cemetery in Warren, Texas.  Visitation will be held Friday, April 14, 2023, from 5 pm until 9 pm at the funeral home.

Serving as pallbearers will be Tom Redmon, T.J. Odom, Jody Gallier, Kurt Gassett, Earl Chessher, Coltin Kovar, Brian Overstreet, Wesley McCollum and Marcus Clowers.
