Roger Dale Gober

Roger Dale Gober, 67, of Woodville passed away March 2, 2020.

Born July 8, 1952 in Beaumont, Texas to the late William “Billy” and Ouida Merle Behannon Gober, he lived in Warren for many years.  He was retired from the Bethlehem steelyard in Beaumont. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Homer Tyler, Jr.

Roger is survived by his sisters, Rhonda Davis and husband, Lonnie of Florida, Paula Johnston of Kountze, Melissa Riehl and Steve Jordan of Warren and Dancie Teague of Dickinson; cousins, Lon Felps and wife, Kathy of Lumberton, Danny Felps and wife, Debbie of Austin, Lyndon Felps and wife, Deborah of Black Mountain, NC, Pam King and husband, Kevin of Hockley; and numerous other family members and friends.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, March 7, 2020, at 10 am at the Bethel Baptist Church in Warren with burial to follow at the Swearingen Cemetery in Warren.  Visitation will be held Friday, March 6, 2020, from 6 pm until 8 pm at the Riley Funeral Home in Woodville.
