Robert Earl Rose

Robert Earl Rose, 77, of Village Mills, Texas passed away Tuesday, October 17, 2023. He was born Friday, May 17, 1946 in Baytown, Texas to his parents Robert Chester Rose and Sarah Opal Daniel Rose.

Bob is survived by his loving wife, Tammy Rose; children, Sarah Jeanette Matte and husband John, Paul Morgan Rose, and Christopher Frye; grandchildren, Mike Matte, and Lena Rose Matte; sister, Nancy Austin and husband Paul; daughter-in-law, Kim Rose; numerous cousins, family members and fur babies.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert Chester Rose and Sarah Opal Daniel Rose; late wife; Norma Jean Johnson Rose; son, Robert Earl Rose Jr.; brother, James Rose.

A Memorial service will be held Sunday, November 5, 2023, at 1 pm at Riley Funeral Home, Woodville, Texas.  Visitation will be held Sunday, November 5, 2023, from 12 pm until 1 pm at the funeral home.
