Robert Joseph Bliznak

Robert Bliznak of Hillister, Texas, passed away May 21, 2024.  Robert was born November 27, 1953, in Beeville, Texas, to Frank and Della Bliznak.  He loved spending time with his family. He also enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. 

He is survived by his wife, Darlene Bliznak; daughters, Sharon Rohrback, Shalynn Bliznak and Shona Bailey; son Shonn Bailey; brothers, Michael Bliznak and Patrick Bliznak; sisters, Kathryn Sloan and Margaret Whitford; 16 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Della Bliznak; brother, Frank Bliznak Jr; sister, Marie Durham; daughter, Shana Bliznak; and son Shane Rollo.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, May 25, 2024, at 6 pm at the Riley Funeral Home Chapel.  Cremation will follow the service.
