Richard Russell Holtby was born on October 23, 1945 in Beaumont, Tx. He passed away February 24, 2021, in Beaumont, Tx. Richard is preceded in death by his parents, William (Dick) and Jane Holtby of Dam-B, Tx, and his brother Tim Holtby. He is survived by his brother Scott Holtby of Dam-B, Tx, and two daughters, Danielle Holtby of Fort Worth,Tx and Angela Robinson of Orange,Tx, six grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.

Cremation services are held under the direction of Riley Funeral Home and Crematorium.
