Philip Michael Satterthwaite was born on November 15, 1946, in Huntington, Indiana. He passed away peacefully on April 26, 2025, at his home in Woodville, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Philip and Rosanna Stoltz, Brothers Rick and Kevin. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Twyla; his sons, Paul Michael and partner Lauren, John David and wife, Amy; Grandchildren, Holly, Rachael and husband Chris Cates, Charleston, Cierra and her husband Jason Epperson, Lauren and partner Anthony, Alayna, Great Grandson, Michael “Mac” Cates.
His brothers and sisters, Rose Marie and husband David Myers, Dennis and wife Mary, Charles and wife Cheryl, James and wife Kyle, Christine Ebert and finance’ Tom Kreutzer and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was honorably discharged from the Air Force after 6 years and worked in the food management industry across the southwest for over 40 years. Upon his retirement, he pursued his passion for restoring old homes.
A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of the Pines Catholic Church in Woodville, Texas at 10:00 am, Friday, May 2.

Services are held under the direction of Riley Funeral Home, Woodville, Texas.
