Patricia Ann Castellaw

Patricia “Pat” Ann Castellaw passed away Thursday, September 12, 2024, At St. Elizabeth Hospital in Houston, Texas.

Pat was born January 7, 1939, to Frank and Edythe Bonno in Houston, Texas.  Pat had been a member of First Baptist Church of Colmesneil for several years. She loved crafting and often used that God-given gift to serve the Lord through missions projects at her church and within the community at the Ladies Civic Club.  She also enjoyed refinishing furniture with her daughter, Deborah.  She had a heart for children and taught Sunday School. She was also very active in community outreach events that benefitted children. 

Pat is survived by her daughter, Deborah Peterson, and husband, Mark, of Woodville; grandson, Gary Day, and wife, Brandi, of Baytown; and great-grandchildren, Garyn Day, Kenneth Day, of Deer Park, Texas and Alayna Day of Houston, Texas.

Pat is preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Edythe Saladee; father, Frank Bonno; husband, Kenneth Castellaw; sister, Barbara Groseclose and by multiple cousins. 

Visitation will be held Friday, September 20, 2024, from 6-8 p.m. and the funeral service will be Saturday, September 21, 2024, at 2 p.m. All will be held at the Riley Funeral Home Chapel in Woodville, Texas. 

Services are under the direction of Riley Funeral Home in Woodville, Texas.
