Martha Moore

Martha Moore, 89, of New Waverly passed away peacefully on June 14, 2022.

Born June 11, 1933 in Elkorn Wisconsin to Henry and Jennie Devries, she lived in Woodville before moving to New Waverly to be closer to family.  Martha was a loving and strong woman who unselfishly put others before her own needs.  She loved her family unconditionally and made everyone she met feel they were family.

Martha was preceded in death by her parents, Henry DeVries and Jennie Terpstra DeVries; sons, William Goudy and Donald Goudy; daughter, Dona Jean Goudy and a grandson, Jeremy Clamon.

She is survived by her daughter, Jerry Vick and husband, Hayne; son, Jon Moore and wife, Sarah; grandchildren, Joshua Moore, Celeste Miller, Damon Goudy, Heather McCracken and husband, Harvey, Jason Vick and wife, Cristine and Eric Vick and wife, Mynny; great grandchildren, Aidan Miller, Samantha Miller, Hayden and Holden McCracken, Colby, Bentely and Londyn Vick; and a host of other family members and friends.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, June 18, 2022, at 11 am at the Riley Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Camp Ground Cemetery in Woodville. Visitation will be held Saturday from 10 am until the time of the service.
