Maria Norgelia Findley

Maria Norgelia Findley, 60, passed away on September 7, 2021. She was daughter to the late Nicanor Titco (father) and Matilde J. Titco (mother), and was born on December 10, 1960 in the city of Manila in the Philippines. Maria was preceded by her parents, Nicanor and Matilde J. Titco.

Maria is survived by her husband of 2 and a half months, Brother Edwin Findley of Woodville. She had five beautiful children; two daughters named Karen Kar-Yan Fok of Aurora, Ontario Canada and Katherine Sandoval-Macaspac of Houston, TX; and three sons named Kenneth Chun Kit Fok of Hong Kong, Jorge Anthony Flores of Houston, TX, and Kristoffer C. Ivey of Kansas City, MO. She also was survived by her three grandchildren. Their names are Adrian Sandoval, Angelo Sandoval, and Wayne Fok. She also is survived by her five amazing siblings; Louie Titco of Manila, Philippines, Vicky Sekiguchi of Japan, Ronald Titco of Manila, Philippines, and Erdel Jimenez and Erma Bourdier of Sugarland, TX.

Maria was quite the ball of energy and always brought life to a room that she entered. Everyone she greeted was greeted by her warm smile, kind heart, and highly likely – a hug. She graduated from studying accounting in her university in the Philippines when she was younger, then worked in the hotel industry for more than 20 years after. She loved long drives and loved her children a lot. Maria enjoyed singing and worshipping the Lord in every situation. Maria was an amazing woman that ministered to the lost so well, alongside her husband, Edwin, who was a minister and preacher. She attended Calvary Baptist Church with her husband, and travelled a lot with her husband doing evangelism.

Maria lived a life filled with joy, perseverance, worship, prayer, and faith in the Lord. She was truly a worshipper and woman after God’s own heart.

Maria’s Celebration of Life Service will be at Calvary Baptist Church on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at 2:00pm CST. There will also be a live stream for this service for those who cannot make it in person.
