Marcia Jean Saph

Marcia Jean Saph, 82, of Spurger passed away July 29, 2022.

Born in Port Huron, Michigan to Paul and Nellie Miller, she lived in Spurger for many years.  She worked at Kirby Lumber in Silsbee and then for Wal-Mart until her retirement.  She and her husband, Henry, sold their home and moved to Triple Creek RV Park in Woodville to enjoy playing and listening to Blue Grass music and enjoying friends who enjoyed the same  interests.  Marcia always had a garden and shared the fruits of it with her family and friends who she loved dearly.

Marcia was preceded in death by her parents, Paul Miller and Nellie DeMont Miller and husband, Henry Saph.

She is survived by her brother, Robert Miller and wife, Ruth of Michigan; sister, Pat Minock and husband, Dennis of Michigan; children, Casey Saph and wife, Denise of Warren, Kathy Mott and husband, Marvin of Spurger, Aileene Ridgeway and husband, Kenneth of Livingston and Charlene Brewer of Hemphill; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, other family members and friends.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
