Lisa Kay McKinnon

Lisa Kay McKinnon, 55, of Hornbeck, Louisiana passed away December 19, 2023.

Born in Woodville, Texas to Robert and Myrtle Brandin, she lived in Woodville before moving to Louisiana many years ago.  She retired from the prison system as a guard.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all who knew and loved her.

Lisa was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Abe Brandin and Myrtle Frances Walker Brandin.

She is survived by her loving husband, Dana Wayne McKinnon; children, Lesleigh Thomas and husband, Kevin of Woodville, Nikki Richter of Alexandria, LA and Corey McKinnon and wife, Angel of Dallas; nine grandchildren; brother, James Brandin and wife, Dawn; sister, Sharon Brooks and a host of other family members and friends.
