Lisa Whitman Arnold

Lisa Whitman Arnold, 58, of Spurger, passed away on October 25, 2025.

Born in Nederland, Texas, to William and Patricia Whitman, she grew up in Nederland until she moved to Dallas for work.  She met and married the love of her life and  best friend, Mike Arnold, in 2008.  They lived a whole life, hunting together and making memories together.  They moved to Spurger a year ago to start a new chapter.  She worked in the HR department at Eye Mart Express.  Lisa never met a stranger and could carry on a conversation as if she had known you her entire life.  She loved her family immensely and cherished her friends.

Lisa is survived by her loving husband, Mike Arnold; daughter, Stacy Bailey; sons, Phillip Arnold and wife, Maddie, Michael Arnold, Jr. and wife, Kali, Matthew Smith, Josh Arnold and wife, Hannah; eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild; parents, William and Patricia Whitman; brothers, Wesley Whitman, Curt Whitman, and Bobby Whitman; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 1 pm at the First Baptist Church in Spurger with Brother Cole Clark officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 12 pm until the time of the service.  The cremation service will be held at a later date.
