Kim Wayne Brown, 65, of Beaumont passed away September 23, 2021.
Born in Hillsborough County, Florida to O.D. Brown and Betty Janell Fitzgerald Reeves (Janell Reeves), he lived in Beaumont for many years. He retired as an inspector and construction in the shipyards. A proud U.S. Air Force veteran, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. He especially loved his girls and his grandchildren.
Kim was preceded in death by his parents, O.D. Brown and Janell Fitzgerald Reeves (Janell Reeves) and a daughter, Jamie Brown.
He was survived by his loving daughters, Meredith McMurray and husband, Tom of Beaumont and Sarah Bartlett and husband, John of Beaumont; grandchildren, Claire, Lily and Leo; siblings, Kent Brown and wife, Bonnie of Lumberton, Kathy Gray of Beaumont, Robb Starr and wife, Laurie of Lumberton, Shelley Waddell and husband, Russell of Groves; and numerous other family members and friends.
A graveside service will be held Sunday, September 26, 2021, at 11 am at the Pedigo Cemetery in Town Bluff, Texas.
Services are held under the direction of Riley Funeral Home and Crematorium.
