Joseph Cullen Mullins, III, 73, of Woodville passed away November 10, 2022.
Born February 19, 1949 in Dallas, Texas to Joseph C. Mullins, Jr. and Emily Hatton Mullins, he lived in the Dallas area before moving to Woodville seven years ago. He worked in retail in the Dallas area. Joseph was a U.S. Air Force Veteran who proudly served his country.
Joseph is survived by his sister, Dianne Lawson and husband, William Sankey of Greenville; brother, Don Mullins and wife, Rene of McKinney, Texas; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other family members and friends.
