Joan Francis Rumley

Joan Francis Rumley, 66, of Warren passed away January 22, 2024.

Born in Houston, Texas to Alphonse and Joann Arnold, she lived in Warren for a short period.  She enjoyed the outdoors especially swimming especially with her children and grandchildren.  She was a strong woman who carried herself gracefully.  Joan loved her family and was devoted to them.

Joan was preceded in death by her parents, Alphonse Arnold and Joann Taylor Arnold; husband, Peter Rumley; son, Sean Rumley and a brother, Sylvester Linn.

She is survived by her loving daughters, Kristen Rumley and Alicia Rumley; grandchildren, Rodolfo Flores, Mya Saldana, Mariah Saldana and Melissa Saldana; sisters, Catherine Arnold, Ellen Sims, Nancy Linn, Kandyce Neal and a host of other family members and friends.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, February 8, 2024, at 2 pm at the Riley Funeral Home Chapel in Woodville, Texas.
