Jason Lee Wentzel, 52, passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at his home in Crosby, Texas. Jason was born in Annapolis Maryland on January 28, 1972.
He attended schools in Bay City, Texas and graduated High School in Marion, South Dakota.
After High School, Jason raised his hand and swore an oath to serve his country in the U.S Army. He attained the rank of Sergeant at the age of 20, one of the youngest ever to demonstrate the leadership skills necessary for such a promotion.
His service years took him to Fort Bliss, Fort Wainwright, Alaska, Korea, Guantanamo Bay, and was discharged from Fort Leonard Wood.

He found and married his soulmate, Kahna Joy on April 29, 2015. They made a home out of a house in Crosby, Texas, which was completed by the birth of his only son, his legacy, Jason Lee Wentzel II on March 23, 2023.

We are comforted by the fact that cancer may have won the battle, but Jesus won the war.
