James Michael Mills

James Michael Mills, 58, of Webster passed away May 5, 2021 in Galveston, Texas.

Born in Freeport, Texas to James William Mills and Glenda Ann Carpenter Mills he lived in East Texas area most of his life.

James was preceded in death by his mother, Glenda Mills; grandparents, Edward "James" and Mary Ella Mills.

He is survived by his loving wife, "Chela" Grace Mills; sons, James Clayton Mills, Patrick Edward Dalton Mills; father, James William Mills; numerous nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, May 8, 2021, at 3 pm at Riley Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 1 to 3pm. Burial to follow at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery.

Services are held under the direction of Riley Funeral Home and Crematorium.
