Gilbert Manon Durrance, 74, of Lake City, Florida passed away December 28, 2020, in Woodville, Texas.

Gilbert was born October 6, 1946 in Rockledge, Florida to the late Manon and Helen Mershon Durrance. He graduated from Columbia High School in Lake City, Florida in 1965. An avid hunter and fisherman, he enjoyed spending time with his family. When he was not hunting or fishing, he enjoyed hanging around the race track or the mud races.

He is survived by his children, Windy Register, Shane Durrance and wife Kelly, Matthew Durrance; sister, Emily Harden; brother, Billy Durrance and wife, Kathleen; 6 grandchildren and numerous other family members and friends.

A graveside memorial will be held Saturday, January 9, 2021, at 10 am at the Corinth Cemetery in Lake City, Florida.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions masks will be required and practice social distancing.
