Gerald "Jerry" Ray Maass

Gerald “Jerry” Ray Maass, 65, of Orangefield passed away January 24, 2022.

Born in Hillsboro, Texas to Ray Olin Maass and Laverne Elmore Maass, he lived in Orange for many years.  He was retired from the car repair industry.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Ray Olin Maass and Laverne Walles.

Jerry is survived by his daughters, Kari Ann Gorman and husband, Matthew of Georgetown and Kelly Maass of Austin; step dad, Jesse Walles; sister, Carol Merrit and husband, C. J. of Greenville; brothers, Keith Maass and wife, Hilda of Warren and Phillip Arthur Maass and Kim of Orangefield; and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at his brother Keith's house, 442 County Road 4478, Warren, Texas, 77664, Saturday, March 5, 2022 at 2pm with Wanda Whitehead officiating.

Services are held under the direction of Riley Funeral Home in Woodville.
