Foster Bullock, Jr. “Kiddo” passed away on March 18, 2025 at the age of 76. He was born on June 20, 1948 to Foster Bullock, Sr. and Kathleen Bullock.
Foster was retired from the U.S. Forest Service where he made many friends. He attended school at the Riverside Indian School in Anadarko, OK. He was a huge sports fan and enjoyed watching his kids and grandkids play. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend to all who knew and loved him.
Foster was preceded in death by his parents, Foster Bullock, Sr. and Kathleen Poncho Bullock; sister, Loretta Williams; brothers, Brady Bullock and Glendon Wayne Bullock; nephews, Randall Celestine, Carlos Bullock, and Jonathan Williams; and a niece, Delina Kay Williams; brothers-in-law, Leon Celestine, Danny Williams, and Jack Battise Sr.
He is survived by his loving wife, Winifred Bullock “Tinki”; children, Fawn Bullock, Sky Bullock and Holly Bullock; brothers, Gary Bullock and wife, Anita; Burton Timothy Bullock and Roby Williams; sisters, Lawrine Battise, Mavis Marroquin and husband, Joe, Othelda Jean Williams, Margaret Celestine, Maxine Silva, Melinda Sylestine and Jennifer Poncho; sister-in-law, Genny Bullock, Carlene Sue Bullock; grandchildren, Skyla Bullock, Buck Bullock, Timber Bullock-Battise, Colt Bullock, Wayne Bullock, Iglesias Whiteman, Sandra Bohay, Lena Bohay, Miracle Tahchawwickah, and Ginger Tahchawwickah; three great-grandchildren; special friends, Joe Thomas, Sr., Staci Sylestine, Roger Rhodes, Teresa Hoffman-Terry, Trisha Thompson and numerous cousins, other relatives and friends.
The funeral service will be held Friday, March 21, 2025, at 12 pm at the Alabama-Coushatta Multi-Purpose Center with Second Chief Herbert Johnson Jr. officiating. Burial will be held at the Reservation Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday from 10 am until the time of the service.
