Ernest David Bevelhymer

Ernest David Bevelhymer, 79, of Warren passed away May 2, 2025.

Born in Findlay, Ohio, to Ernest Pete and Patricia Bevelhymer, he lived in Warren for many years.  He was a retired welder who worked hard to provide for his family.  Ernie as his family and friends knew him, enjoyed going out with his dogs coon hunting with his dad.  His gardening skills were exceptional; he and his family canned all that was produced, enjoying it all year. 

His family knew of his love of reptiles and pigeons, but he truly loved snakes. He also loved old cars, working on them, and admiring them. 

Ernie was preceded in death by his father, Ernest Pete Bevelhymer and mother, Patricia Hope Tefft Bevelhymer.

He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Gloria M Emmons Bevelhymer;

sons, Ernest G. Bevelhymer and Brian J. Bevelhymer; daughter, Lynda D. Bevelhymer-Savant; brother, Mark Bevelhymer; nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and a host of other family members and friends.
