David Carlton Neal

David Carlton Neal, 66, passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2024. He was born on October 13th, 1957, in Beaumont, Texas. David was a U.S. Navy Veteran who loved his country, his family and God.

David was preceded in death by his father, Donnis Neal, his stepfather Hugh Motley, his brother Wayne Neal, his cousin Joeli Weldon, and his niece Lauren Pulatie.

He is survived by his mother Nancy Motley; sister Martha Pulatie and husband James, brother Robert Motley, sister-in-law Dedra Neal; uncle Paul Neal and wife Dinah, aunt Evelyn Martin; cousins Jara Willis, Linda Youngblood, Jackie Farish; nieces and nephews Brittany Martin, Jadon Neal, Steven Pulatie, Nicole Pulatie, Jessica Traylor, Robert Pulatie, Sarah Pulatie, Adrian Motley, Isabel Motley, Trevor Mendizabal, Taylor Lewandowski, Reese Weldon; cousins Amy Youngblood, Michael Youngblood, Beth Hawkins, Kristen Castrillon, Derrick Farish, Kelly Dorfman and many other special friends.

A memorial service will be held Friday, March 15, 2024, at 11 am at the Riley Funeral Home.  Visitation will be held Friday from 10 am until 11 am at the funeral home.
