David Wayne Jones Davis

David Wayne (Jones) Davis, 44, of Colmesneil passed away April 19, 2021.

Born in Jasper, Texas he lived in Colmesneil all of his life.  He was a truck driver.  David had a passion for singing country music and loved riding bulls when he was younger.

Davis was preceded in death by his father, Burton Jones and grandparents, O. D. Davis and Billie Jean Davis.

He is survived by his loving mother, Donna Gail Lee of Colmesneil; daughter, Mindy Jones of Lufkin; son, Langston Davis of Jasper; brothers, Eric Lee and wife, Aerieal of Colmesneil and Bo Jones of Lufkin; sisters, Amanda Lee of Colmesneil and Michelle Jones of Lufkin; numerous nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.

A graveside service will be held Friday, April 23, 2021,  at 2 pm at Davis Cemetery in Colmesneil, Texas with Brother Curtis Herrington officiating.
