Damon Lee Whitt

Damon Lee Whitt, 74, of Doucette, passed away Thursday, May 9, 2024, at home surrounded by his family. He was born on January 23, 1950 in Travis County, Texas to his parents, Melroy Franklin and Millie Ophelia Whitt.

Damon is preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Darlene Maynard Whitt; his parents, Melroy and Millie Whitt; and by numerous brothers and sisters. 

He is survived by his son, Damon Patrick Whitt, Sr. and wife Brandi; daughter,  Angela Barber; grandchildren, Steven Miller and wife Kareena, Skye Wood and husband Shawn, Damon Patrick Whitt, Jr., Matt Whitt, Jacob Miller, Vincent Whitt, Jared Miller, Emit Whitt, and Jenna Miller; great-grandchildren, Carson Wood, Cash Miller, and Lila Miller; brothers, Bunk Whitt and Billie Whitt; sister, Mary Jo Schaudies; and a host of nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
