Cecil Roy Rhodes

Cecil Roy Rhodes, 76, of Warren, Texas, passed away on September 6, 2020 at his home in Warren.

He was born on September 25, 1943 in Port Neches, Texas to his late parents, Newman Rhodes and Juanita Harrison Rhodes

Cecil is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Lynn Ann Rhodes; sons, N.H. “Scoot” Rhodes and wife Kelly, Jessie “J.P.” Rhodes and wife Chelsea; grandchildren, Nathan Rhodes and Jaylin Hock; sisters, Juana Matthews and Loy Schultz; he is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 8th from 5-8pm at Riley Funeral Home.
