Carol Jean Colvin

Carol Jean Colvin, 74, of Spurger passed away June 4, 2021.

Born in Baytown, Texas to Eugene and Alice Fowler, she lived in Spurger for many years.  She enjoyed traveling with her husband, Robert, especially going gambling.  She loved cooking and playing games with her family who she loved dearly.

Carol is survived by her loving husband, Robert H. Colvin, II; son, Robert H. Colvin, III; daughters, Brenda Freeman and husband, Glen and Janie Garcia and husband, David; brother, David Fowler; sister, Mary Fassy; grandchildren, Robert Dalton, and wife, Keely, Kassidy Garcia, Tanner Freeman, Hunter Colvin,  and Marshall Garcia; a great grandchild, Rye Diaz; and numerous other family members and friends.

A celebration of life service will be held Monday, June 7, 2021, at 2 pm at the Riley Funeral Home Chapel.
