Brent Elliott Watkins

Brent Elliott Watkins, 63, of Woodville passed away December 19, 2021.

Born June 5, 1958 in El Reno, Oklahoma to Billy Joe and Dorothy Watkins, he lived in Woodville for many years.  A U.S. Army Veteran, he had worked at the Texas Department of Corrections as a correctional officer.  Brent was a loving and devoted husband who loved his son and grandkids very much.  He was a caring, thoughtful and kindhearted brother who enjoyed watching western movies.

Brent was preceded in death by his parents, Billy Joe Watkins and Dorothy Edna Watkins.

He is survived by his loving wife, Editha Watkins; son, Billy Joe Watkins and wife, Jennifer; grandchildren, P. J. and CeCe Watkins; sister, Deborah Rogers and husband, Charles; nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
