Brenda Kaye Davison, 69, of Chester passed away September 24, 2024.
Born May 14, 1955, in Corrigan, Texas, to Aubry and Vera Bradley, Brenda lived in Chester for many years. She retired from the Tyler County District Clerk and was very knowledgeable about district court proceedings. Brenda had a personality that radiated when she spoke. Everyone knew where you stood with her, and she never backed down. But when she loved you, she loved you with her whole heart.
Brenda was preceded in death by her father, Aubry Bradley; mother, Vera Welch Bradley; and a grandson, Brennan Davison.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Ashley Davison of Chester; son, Bradley Davison of Woodville; grandchildren, Bradley Davison, Jr. and Novie Davison; sister, Charlotte Barnes; brother, Ronnie Bradley; special friends, Debbie Ogden, Pam Wilson and Shirley Byrum; and a host of other family members and friends.
A graveside service will be held Sunday, September 29, 2024, at 2 p.m. at the Mt. Hope Cemetery in Chester, Texas, with Brother Lesly Wilkinson officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday at the cemetery from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m.
Honorary pallbearers will be her nephews and great-nephews.
