Bobbie Jean Cleveland, 81, of Bryan, Texas formerly of Warren passed away September 7, 2023.
Born in Kerrville, Texas to George and Maxey Slaughter, she lived in Warren before moving to Bryan to be closer to her family. An avid and dedicated Houston Astros fan, she was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all who knew and loved her.
Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents, George E. Slaughter and F. Maxey Briley Slaughter; husband, Bennie Cleveland; brothers, Kenneth Slaughter and Edward Slaughter.
She is survived by her loving family, children, Jonathan Cleveland, Michelle Rougeau and Timothy Cleveland; grandchildren, Willow Cleveland, Cassius Cleveland, Kori Rougeau, Jazmen Rougeau and fiance, T.C., Adam Cleveland and Colleen Burnsed; great grandson, Remi Turner; sisters, Mary Schultz and Linda Beyerstedt; and a host of other family members and friends.
Funeral service will be held Monday, September 11, 2023, at 12 pm at the Riley Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Allison Cemetery in Warren, Texas.
