Beverly Ann Jezek was born on November 2, 1967, in Conroe, Texas to Hazel and John Jezek. She passed away peacefully on May 31, 2024, in Conroe, Texas, surrounded by her loved ones. Beverly was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and aunt. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in hospice care for many years, where her kind servant's heart shone through as she selflessly helped others without expecting anything in return.
Beverly had a deep love for her family, a passion for all things Snoopy and nostalgic, and a special fondness for animals. Above all, she adored her son Anthony and cherished every moment with him. She shared a deep bond with her sisters Barbara and Bonnie and her brother Richard.
Beverly is preceded in death by her father, John Jezek. She is survived by her son Anthony Jezek; her mother Hazel Jezek; her sisters Barbara Leblanc and Bonnie Hermes; her brothers Richard Jezek, John Jezek, William Jezek, and Archie Jezek; her nieces Theresa Bradford, Elizabeth Hoffpauir, Sue Ann Morales, and Rachel Valentine; her nephews Paul Henry, Michael Henry, and Jesse Hermes; and many other precious and loved nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Beverly's life was a testament to love, kindness, and selfless service. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A private memorial service will be held in her honor.
