Anna Gay Riley, 90, of Woodville passed away peacefully on January 7, 2022.
Born March 6, 1931 in Tyler County to Walter and Etta Williams, she lived in Tyler County all of her life. Anna Gay retired from J.B. Best Clothing with 25 years of service. She was a member of Dogwood Hills Baptist Church. In years past, she taught the Ladies Sunday School Class and enjoyed singing in the choir. Anna Gay loved her family, especially her grandchildren and supported them with her whole heart.
Anna Gay was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Preston Williams and Etta Levins Williams, her brother, Buren Preston Williams and her son, Jimmy Dale Riley.
She is survived by the love of her life, her husband, James Riley; daughter, Sherry Lynne Harvey and husband, John of Woodville; son, Walter Allen Riley of Hemphill; daughter-in-law, Linda Riley of Woodville; grandchildren, Pat Harvey and wife, Jeannie, Jennifer Harvey, James Harvey, Heather Hunnicutt, William Riley and wife, Heather, Joshua Riley and wife, Sherry, McKensey Riley and wife, Tonya, Aaron Riley and wife, Tracy, Alex Riley and wife, Amber and Jacob Cook; twenty great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild; nieces, Beth McInnis, Becky Skipper and Barbara Williams and numerous other family members and friends.
Graveside service will be held Monday, January 10, 2022, at 2:30 pm at the Allison Cemetery in Warren, Texas. Visitation will be held Monday from 2 pm until 2:30 at Allison Cemetery.
