Alvert Paul Boudreaux, Jr., 70 of Vidor passed away August 1, 2023.
Born in Beaumont, Texas to Alvert Boudreaux, Sr. and Ruby Fae Jeffcoat Boudreaux, he lived in Vidor for many years. He retired from Pipe Fitters Union Local 195 with 50 years of service. Paul enjoyed being outdoors especially hunting and fishing.
Paul was preceded in death by his father, Alvert Boudreaux, Sr.; parents, Ruby Fae and Raymond Brown, Sr.; brothers, Jimmie Boudreaux and John Brown; sisters, Nina Gwen Boudreaux and Sherry Brown Moody and a granddaughter, Rhiannon Morgan and her husband, Harley.
He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Sarah Powell Boudreaux; daughter, Cassie Watson and husband, Dale of Vidor; son, Paul Boudreaux, III and wife, Tracy of Vidor; brother, Raymond Brown, Jr. and wife, Nyana; sister, Candis Brown and husband, Dale; grandchildren, Troy Watson and wife, Jordan, Ashlyn Davis and husband, Ryan, Isabella Boudreaux, Dina Boudreaux, Paul Boudreaux, IV and Kimberly Morgan; great grandchildren, Lori, Eli, Anakin and Astrid and a host of other family members and friends.
Funeral service will be held Monday, August 7, 2023, at 10 am at the Fairview Baptist Church in Town Bluff with burial to follow at the Beech Creek Cemetery in Spurger. Visitation will be held Sunday, August 6, 2023, from 5 pm until 7 pm at the funeral home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Sam Bible, Shawn Bible, Herman “Peanut” Jenkins, Danny Odom, Sammy Barber and Paul Barber.
