Alma Anna Roberts

Alma Anna Roberts, 82, of Colmesneil, passed away on June 10, 2024.

Born in Nueces, Texas to Raymond and Olga Spiegelhauer, she lived in Colmesneil since 1985.  She was the owner of Colmesneil Mini Storages.  Anna never met a stranger, and her door was open to anyone who needed help or a warm hug.  She loved to crochet and she made sure that all her family had a special piece that she made.  She loved her family and was especially proud of her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Spiegelhauer; mother, Olga Pearson Spiegelhauer; husband, Gary Roberts; son, Greg Roberts; and sister, Martha Hughes.  

Anna is survived by her loving family, daughters, Sharon Thatcher and husband, Daryl, Sonia Crawford and husband, William, Summer Anderson; son, Justin Staples; grandchildren, Kyler and Brittany, Sierrah and Josh, Shelby, Jazmin, Sky, Tomi, Kennedy, Konner and Kynlee and a host of other family members and friends.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at 10 am at the Riley Funeral Home Chapel.  Visitation will be held Friday, June 14, 2024, from 5 pm until 7 pm at the funeral home.  A private burial will be held.
