Allen Loy Shillings

Allen Loy Shillings, 93, of Woodville, passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. He was born on Thursday, December 29, 1932, in Woodville to the late William and Sybil Shillings.

Allen was a faithful member of Midway Community Church in Livingston for many years. When he was able, he enjoyed spending his time hunting and fishing. His biggest passion was his ministry and reading his bible, every day. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend; he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife, Francis Elizabeth Shillings, and his sister Ann Hood.

Allen is survived by his two children, Judy Payne and her husband Mike, and Eddie Shillings and his wife Pam; his grandchildren, Jennifer Barr and her husband Terry, Jonathan Shillings, James Shillings, and Lenna Melendez and her husband Norb; three great grandchildren, Brendan, Megan, and Alejandro; and a host of other family members and friends.
